About Us

We are one of the leading comedy management agencies and comedy promoters in the UK. Our multi-talented stable of acts span all aspects of comedy entertainment from television and radio appearances, voiceovers, stage & screen castings, corporate bookings to live performances – whether at comedy clubs, arts centres, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, or record-breaking arena tours both domestically and internationally.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Intern. This role would suit someone with a helpful and proactive attitude who is able to work efficiently within a deadline-oriented, fast paced, team environment. Attention to detail and great people skills are essential.

Part time role – 3 days per week for three months

Working hours: 10am – 6pm

Office attire: Smart casual

As a comedy management agency intern, you will gain valuable experience in the world of comedy entertainment. You will work closely with our team of agents and managers to learn about the day-to-day operations of a talent agency. This internship is a great opportunity for you to learn about the comedy industry and develop your skills in areas such as communication, research, project management, promotion as well as gaining invaluable insight within the talent management industry.

Intern Job Responsibilities:

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the clients, audience, TV and Digital industry companies.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present round up of work completed during the internship.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
  • Assists in creating performance reports.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting the wider team with administrative support across social media channels, as well as other office duties, making tea, answering phones, getting lunches etc.
  • Research and identify new comedic talent
  • Draft client correspondence
  • Attend industry events and provide feedback (e.g., comedy shows), Artist research and outreach
  • Assisting management of Off The Kerb’s social media channels

  • Problem-Solving: Finding creative solutions to challenges, such as low engagement or negative feedback.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring all content is error-free and reflects our brand guidelines.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite.


This placement will begin in August and will run for three months. LLW £13.15 per hour.
