About the Programme
The Youth Membership Programme is a part-time, paid opportunity designed to support your creative and professional journey. No formal experience is required — just bring your ideas, energy, and commitment.
As a Youth Member, you’ll gain access to:
- Skill-building across marketing, design, outreach, finance, tech and more
- Paid creative projects and leadership opportunities
- Learning sessions where you can earn £100 per delivery
- Interest-based Circles to collaborate and shape ideas
- Mentorship and professional support from experienced creatives
- A growing peer network to inspire and support you
What We Introduced in June 2025
Our latest intake featured:
- Monthly Learning & Career Workshops, including CV support, funding advice, and creative career guidance
- Stronger Access & Inclusion, offering support for those facing systemic barriers
- Creative Visibility, with member directories, spotlights, and professional reference support
- WhatsApp Community for reflection, care, and community connection
Eligibility
The programme is for young people who:
- Are aged 18–30
- Live in the UK
- Have experienced socioeconomic disadvantage
- Are excited by creativity, collaboration, and community impact
The time commitment is flexible — around 1–2 hours per week — and can fit alongside your work, studies, or caring responsibilities.
