Participation and Administration Assistant

The successful applicant would support Angel Shed’s office team: aiding the running of our participation
programme, providing administrative support to general office management, and supporting different
members of staff (including across membership, fundraising, outreach, volunteers, impact measurement, and
training). There would also be the opportunity to experience the delivery of our work as well as supporting at
front of house for performances and at events.
We are looking for a committed individual, who is motivated to learn, and passionate about Angel Shed’s
work. Please note, formal training or qualifications are not required for this role and support will be provided
to the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Membership: process membership forms, update databases and registers
• Sessions: prepare resources for sessions and keep stocked
• Office: manage office supplies, support management of primary email account
• Research: support fundraising, outreach and training teams

You must be:
• passionate about inclusive performing arts
• able to foster good and supportive working relationships with staff
• someone who will value and maintain the positive and inclusive ethos of Angel Shed
